No, it was not a service dog because I’ve caught them a couple times sneaking it in with their purse. The room next to us had two questionable females that were obviously on some type of drugs and on top of that they snuck in the dog. These are supposed to be no smoking rooms but staff makes it obvious they do not care. The smell will continuously enter our room to a point where it was actually waking me up in my sleep. Not sure if it was the room next to us or below us Whoever it was was constantly smoking cigarettes and marijuana. The second room was a little better but the hallway smelt like a cat litter box, so did the room. I found the room to be very luxurious.įirst of all start off with I had to change rooms because the HVAC unit was extremely loud. I did see several other guests needing to make those trips as well.īut it was clean, I was able to get good rest. Super annoying to walk 7 minutes to your room, discover your key doesn’t work, walk seven minutes back to the front desk to get it fixed, and then seven minutes back to the room. Maybe a little concierge or service in multiple parts of the hotel.

It is a massive building and it took quite some time to get from the entrance to my room (even the staff complained about how far my room was lol).

I did have problems with my key de-activating, which wouldn’t have been a big deal except that it would work to allow me to enter the part of the building that had the rooms, but then after a lengthy walk to my room, it wouldn’t open the door.

I was not the only one wandering in circles trying to figure out where to go and how to get there once indoors. Once I found the front desk and got checked in, it was challenging find the correct elevator to get to my floor. Coming in the building, it took me a while to find the front desk. On the down side, the signage in the hotel can be improved. As I was travelling alone in a place I’d never been before, I was grateful for their attention to safety. One thing I did like was that they took security very seriously. I only came for one night, so I can’t speak to all of the amenities.
